South Africa to the world

We have spent years bringing the world to South Africa. Now we are turning the desk around — the same operator’s judgment, the same honest pricing, pointed outward.

This wing is being built now, and we are building it in the order that is actually useful: the places you can go without a visa first, the ones worth the paperwork next, and a section of its own for where the rand still goes a long way.

Who will run it

This wing has its own director

ARIA runs inbound — she has years of South African operating knowledge behind her. Outbound is a different trade, and pretending otherwise would show. So it gets Athena: built the same way, with the same warmth and the same refusal to invent an answer, but learning outbound from scratch as we build it. She and ARIA will run the two halves of the business together, alongside Rudy, Bianca and our agents.

How it will be arranged

Visa-free first

Most outbound sites sort by price or by prettiness. We are sorting by whether you can realistically go — which is the question you are actually asking.

Visa-free

Where you can simply go

The spine of the whole wing. Destinations a South African passport reaches without an application, a queue or an appointment — sorted first because they are the ones you can actually book this month.

Easy visa · direct flight

Where it is worth the paperwork

A straightforward visa and a direct flight out of Johannesburg or Cape Town. We handle the guidance; you skip the connection.

Value

Where the rand goes further

Its own section, because it is its own reason to travel. Places where the exchange rate quietly buys you a better trip than the same money does at home.

The rest

Everywhere else, properly guided

The bucket-list trips that take planning. Slower to arrange, and we will tell you honestly what the visa really involves before you commit to anything.

Global tips and tools

A live window to where you are going

RAH is ours — a real-time globe carrying live earthquake data, airfield conditions and flight activity. It sits here now, pointed outward, and it will grow into the tools an outbound traveller actually wants before they leave.

RAH — our live window to the world. Loading as you reach it.

What we are building

The parts that have to be right

Visa guidance, not a footnote

What is actually required for a South African passport, roughly how the process runs, and where we assist. Always with the honest line that the embassy is the authority, never us.

Airport to your hotel

The transfer basics into the common city-centre and beachfront hotels at each destination — the part first-time travellers most often get wrong, and the part our own team is learning alongside you.

Flights as a connection, never a locked fare

The same rule the domestic side already follows. We show the routing and recheck the fare at quote, because a fare quoted weeks early is a fare nobody can honour.

Global hidden gems and basic tours

The things worth doing once you land, chosen the way we choose them here — by what is actually good, not by what pays the most commission.

Why the catalogue is still empty. The shelf is built — browse it here — and it fills the moment we sign a ground operator in a country. That is the gate: until one is signed we have no rate we can honour and nobody we can call if something goes wrong at 2am, and a destination card without those two things behind it is just a photograph.

When they land, the prices will be built the same way our inbound ones are: through the same pricing engine, rounded honestly, with foreign rates marked as subject to the exchange rate and to availability at confirmation.

Structure agreed · operators being onboarded · no rates yet

While it is being built

Tell us where, and we will price it by hand

None of this stops us quoting you today. Outbound files have always been built one at a time by a person here, and that is exactly what happens with anything you send us — the wing is the machinery that will make it faster, not the thing standing between you and an answer.

Start an outbound enquiry

Anywhere in the world, from South Africa. Tell us the shape of the trip and we will come back with a real itinerary and an honest number — with the exchange rate stated rather than buried.

Your details are used to answer this enquiry and nothing else. They are never sold or shared. Ticking the box above is separate and entirely optional — leave it and you will hear from us about this trip only. Read the privacy notice, or take yourself off any list at any time. One of email or phone is enough; we need a way to reply.
