Read the requirement with you
The official rule for your passport, your destination and your reason for going — found together, in plain language, so you know what you are actually being asked for before you start.
Travel Source South Africa · VISA Source
A visa is the part of a trip that goes wrong quietly, weeks before you travel, usually over a document nobody told you about. VISA Source is being built to stop that happening — for South Africans heading out, and for visitors coming to us.
It will be run by Athena, alongside the outbound wing, because the two problems are the same problem: knowing what is genuinely required, and preparing for it early enough to matter.
What we will do
We cannot grant you a visa and neither can anyone else selling you a holiday. What we can do is make sure the application that lands on the desk is complete, on time, and consistent with the trip we have booked for you.

A checklist against that requirement: what to gather, what it has to show, and the order it goes in. Most refusals are paperwork, not people.
Where to apply, how long it has been taking lately, and a diary against your travel dates so the application does not quietly become the reason you miss the flight.
The part a travel company can genuinely help with: not committing you to non-refundable arrangements before the outcome you are waiting on is known.
Why nothing is listed yet. The obvious version of this page is a table of countries and their requirements. We are not shipping that. A table like it goes out of date silently, and the person it fails is standing at a check-in desk with a non-refundable ticket. When this opens it will read from a source we can stand behind and show you when it was last confirmed.
